Shipments outside the EEC (DOM TOM and Switzerland in particular) must be accompanied by 3 invoices and a customs clearance slip. When you place your order with your delivery address for these destinations, your basket will be switched to duty-free mode and you will not pay French VAT (20.0%) on this export sale.

ATTENTION: for deliveries outside the EEC and DOM TOM (French overseas departments and territories), you will be required to pay customs clearance fees and other taxes on entering the destination territory to collect your parcel. To find out the rates and amounts of these taxes, please consult the customs tariffs in force for your country or department.

2/ Delivery times :

Delivery times in mainland France :

We ship in cardboard packaging or envelopes. Shipping times from receipt of your payment are 24 hours to 48 hours (working days) for products in stock, to which should be added the carrier's delivery times. (24-48h on average (working days) in Metropolitan France)

International delivery times:

Delivery times vary according to the country selected.
Your parcel number is sent to you by email when your order is dispatched. You can then track your order on the carrier's website.

Please note: Neither the carrier nor PROCESS FOR PRF can be held responsible for any inaccuracy in the delivery address, it being specified that the designation of post office boxes is forbidden. In the event of a third unsuccessful delivery by the carrier, the cost of return delivery will be charged to the purchaser. The address you provided when validating your order cannot be modified during delivery.

By law, the delivery period may not exceed a maximum of 30 days from validation of the order. Beyond this period, you have the right to demand a refund of your order.


Our prices are indicated in Euros and include all taxes, but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are indicated before the order is confirmed, and are invoiced in addition unless otherwise stated.

Any taxes not indicated during the order process remain payable in any case, in accordance with applicable legislation and at your exclusive charge (e.g. customs duties).

- Prices are guaranteed subject to obvious typographical or printing errors.
- Any change in the French VAT rate may be immediately reflected in our prices.
- These prices do not include a flat-rate contribution to postage and packing, which is payable by the customer.

- The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.

You have 14 days to return your product if it does not suit you.

Please note

1- You made a mistake when choosing your product and you wish to return it:
We recommend that you send the returned goods by La Poste or another service with a tracking number, including :
- A copy of your original invoice
- An explanatory note on plain paper stating your wish to obtain either a credit note* or a refund**.
*Thecredit note is visible and usable for one year. This credit remains refundable on simple request (e-mail or call to our Customer Service).
**Refunds are made within a maximum of 15 days of receipt of your parcel, using the same method of payment you used to place your order.

NB: In this case, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Returns are processed within 5 to 7 days of receipt. In accordance with our general conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, returns of damaged and/or used products will be refused.

2- We have made an error in the preparation of your parcel: you have not received the product you requested or it is damaged.
In this case, we will cover the cost of your return and reshipment.


Payment for online orders is made when the order is placed.
Orders not accompanied by a proof of payment will not be shipped. You can pay by the following methods: BANK CARD: enter your card number (Carte Bleue, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express), expiry date and cryptogram (the last 3 numbers written on the back of your card). Your payment will be recorded as soon as your order is validated on the site. Your payment request is routed in real time to the secure remote payment manager, which carries out various checks to prevent abuse and fraud.


When you use our site, you may provide us with personal data. This is particularly the case when you place an order.

We also use cookies, in particular through Google Analytics, to compile statistics on the use of our site.

This data is collected so that we can manage customers and prospects. We may communicate certain data to third-party companies, such as those responsible for the execution, processing or payment of services and orders. However, this data will not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
